Refund Policy

This policy applies to one-time purchases of Sunofix credit packages. Sunofix does not offer subscriptions or automatic renewals.

Free promotional credit

A new account receives one free promotional credit. This credit has no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or refunded for money.

Unused five-credit packages

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if no credit has been used from your account after that purchase.

Once you start an audio-processing operation after the purchase, the package is no longer treated as completely unused. A change-of-mind refund is then normally unavailable, except where applicable law gives you a mandatory right to a refund or another remedy.

Billing or service problems

Contact us if you were charged twice, completed payment but did not receive five credits, or spent a credit on a confirmed technical failure that did not provide a usable result.

We will first try to correct the balance, restore the credit, repeat the affected service where appropriate, or otherwise put the service in conformity. If that cannot resolve the problem, or applicable law requires a monetary refund, we will arrange the refund through the original payment provider.

How to request a refund

We aim to acknowledge the request and provide an initial response within three business days. This is a support-response target, not a promise about when a bank or card issuer will post the funds.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed through the same provider used for the purchase: Lava.top or Polar. The payment provider and your bank control the final settlement method and timing. We do not send refunds through a different payment channel.

When a five-credit purchase is refunded in full, the corresponding five credits are removed from the Sunofix balance. Polar, Lava.top, card networks, and banks may also apply their own mandatory procedures.

Mandatory consumer rights

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law, including remedies for a digital service that is not supplied as agreed.
